PROMOTER DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

Circle Federal Credit Union currently serves as a promoter for KFG Wealth Management, LLC dba Korhorn Financial Group, an SEC-registered investment adviser (“KFG”), whose principal office is located at 6910 North Main Street, Granger, Indiana 46530. In the event that you, as a result of our introduction, engage KFG to provide investment advisory services, Circle FCU shall qualify to receive from KFG compensation equal to ten percent (10%) of KFG’s advisory fee for investment management.

Circle FCU’s receipt of compensation from KFG shall be paid solely from KFG’s standard investment management fee, and shall not result in any additional charge to you (i.e., if you were to engage the services of KFG independent of our role as a promoter).

The receipt of compensation is an incentive for Circle FCU to make an introduction to KFG, thereby presenting a conflict of interest.
