Dave Follett joined KFG in 2026 after spending many years in Business Development across the Staffing and Telecommunications industries. He was drawn to KFG by its culture and his desire to help others. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Outside the office, Dave is a devoted family man who loves spending time with his children, going on dates with his wife, and spoiling his granddaughter any chance he gets. He enjoys working in his yard, woodworking, and hitting the golf course when time allows. He is also a passionate Notre Dame Football fan and a man of faith who is actively involved in his church.
